Cruella & Grendel's website is a free website, by this we mean that it is free to use (no cost) and you are free to choose how you use it. We make only minimal rules which are set out here and are designed to ensure that the site is fair to its users and legal.
Intended use
Cruella & Grendel's website is intended to be used as an adult contact site for personal liasons, adult parties and consesual relationships only. You may not use the site to advertise services (other than by purchasing advertsing from us) or to solicit business of any type without our permission in writing.

Cruella & Grendel's website is for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use the site (or 21 years or older where 18 is not the age of majority). If we are in any doubt we ask you to provide proof of age/identity and while waiting for such proof may suspend your access to the site.
Your profile and personal details
You are free to create and display a personal profile on the website for any lawful purpose including those set out in the 'Intended Use' section.
You may include your email address or messenger address in your profile, although you will probably get a lot of spam if you do.
You may include your mobile phone number in your profile although we suggest that you don't - you may have your number posted on other sites or receive unwanted calls!
You can include the URL of your homepage on another site if you like.
We do not edit or censor your profile details like some sites.
Conduct
All members of the website must respect other members and must not use insulting, abusive, threatening or obscene language in messages or postings.
You warrant and agree that you will not mis-represent yourself in terms of your age, sex/gender, status (single, couple, etc.) or make mis-representations about youself.
You may not harass, bully, blackmail, stalk or otherwise apply any undue attention or pressure to any member of the website.
Photographs and images
If you choose to upload photographs or images to the website then the following terms apply:
- The photographs must be of you or your partner, or include you or your partner in them
- If the photographs include other people then you warrant that you have obtained permission to include the other people in your photographs
- All photograps must be originals - if they contain the watermark of another website we may consider them 'stolen' and remove them
- No person that is, or appears to be, under the age of 18 can appear in any photograph
- No animals may appear in any photograph
- You may not use photographs or images that are copyright or the intellectual property of another organisation - this includes logos, graphics, icons, etc.
